※ Pipe connection method
1、 Hot melt connection (most commonly used)
Principle: By heating the connection between the pipe and the fitting, the polyethylene material is melted and compressed to form an integrated interface.
2、 Electric fusion connection (suitable for complex scenarios)
Principle: Use the electric heating wire embedded inside the pipe fittings to generate heat and melt the contact surface between the pipe and the pipe fittings.Power on welding: Use a specialized electric fusion welding machine to power on according to preset parameters (voltage, time) to heat the molten material with the electric heating wire.
