HDPE steel strip reinforced spiral corrugated pipe

High strength and high ring stiffness excellent corrosion resistance lightweight and construction efficiency

Using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the matrix, embedded with a continuous steel strip reinforcement layer, and formed through spiral winding technology. The pipe is composed of three layers, with the inner layer being a smooth HDPE inner wall to ensure fluid transport efficiency; Middle layer: circular steel strip (coated with plastic), providing rigid support; Outer layer: HDPE corrugated structure, enhancing resistance to external pressure. HDPE steel strip reinforced spiral corrugated pipe achieves performance breakthroughs in large-diameter and high load drainage scenarios through a "plastic+metal" composite structure, especially suitable for municipal and industrial engineering with high requirements for strength, sealing, and durability. It is an ideal green building material to replace traditional cement pipes.

 ※ Product Introduction

Using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the matrix, embedded with a continuous steel strip reinforcement layer, and formed through spiral winding technology. The pipe is composed of three layers, with the inner layer being a smooth HDPE inner wall to ensure fluid transport efficiency; Middle layer: circular steel strip (coated with plastic), providing rigid support; Outer layer: HDPE corrugated structure, enhancing resistance to external pressure. HDPE steel strip reinforced spiral corrugated pipe achieves performance breakthroughs in large-diameter and high load drainage scenarios through a \"plastic+metal\" composite structure, especially suitable for municipal and industrial engineering with high requirements for strength, sealing, and durability. It is an ideal green building material to replace traditional cement pipes.

 ※ Product Features

1. High strength and high ring stiffnessThe steel strip reinforcement layer significantly improves the resistance of the pipe to external pressure, and can withstand soil pressure at a depth of 5 - 10 meters. It is suitable for heavy-duty scenarios such as lanes and highways, and is not easily deformed by heavy pressure.Anti impact and anti settlement performance: The HDPE matrix retains flexibility, and the pipe can adapt to uneven settlement of the foundation (deflection ≥ 3%). The steel strip reinforcement layer prevents excessive deformation and reduces the risk of fracture.

2. Excellent corrosion resistanceHDPE is resistant to acid and alkali, chemical corrosion, and the steel strip has undergone anti-corrosion treatment (such as PE coating) to prevent electrolyte corrosion in soil. It is suitable for harsh environments such as industrial wastewater and saline alkali land.

3Lightweight and construction efficiencyLightweight, easy and fast construction, can shorten the construction period30%Above, reduce construction costs.Long lifespan and environmental friendliness: The service life under buried conditions is ≥ 50 years. HDPE can be recycled and reused, and steel strips can be anti-corrosion and regenerated, meeting the standards of green building materials.

 ※ Pipe connection method

1. Electric melting strip connectionThe body of the electric melting belt is made of polyethylene, and the inner surface is embedded with electric heating wires. When connecting, tightly adhere the electric heating strip to the outer surface of the two pipe ends, fasten it with heat-resistant tape, and firmly support the inner wall of the pipe end at the interface with a detachable tool. Then, use an electric heating welding machine to supply power to the resistance wire. The heating of the resistance wire causes the melting and expansion of polyethylene, forming pressure. The polyethylene on both sides of the interface diffuses into each other, and after cooling and solidification, a reliable connection is formed. This connection method belongs to rigid connection and is suitable for pipes of various diameters.

2. Heat shrink sleeve (with) connectionThe heat shrink sleeve (belt) is composed of a polyethylene sleeve (belt) and a reinforced fiber mesh, with the inner wall coated with hot melt adhesive. During construction, remove it

Cover the joint of the pipe section to be connected, heat it with a spray gun to shrink the heat shrinkable sleeve (tape) and melt the inner wall with hot melt adhesive, thus forming a sealed connection. This method is generally used for pipelines with a diameter less than 1200 mm and belongs to rigid connections.

 ※ Application Fields
